RE/MAX Outpaces Competitors in Luxury Market

Luxury sales in New England represents about 20% of all volume sold. From 2012 to 2016, the market has grown at the rate of about 60% in units and volume, and our top four competitors have grown by roughly the same rate. RE/MAX INTEGRA, NEW ENGLAND has more than doubled that!  We’ve grown at a rate of 146% in units and 145% in volume!

Ronnie Northrop is a longtime Marblehead resident and 35-year real estate agent and administrative manager on the North Shore. Ronnie is a full-time Realtor and Notary Public, Member of the North Shore Association of Realtors, active member of the Jewish Community Center and Dolphin Yacht Club in Marblehead. A native of Lynn and resident of Marblehead, Ronnie has 3 children and 2 grandchildren and her husband was a mortgage specialist. Barbara Kennedy-White Joins RE/MAX Advantage

We are excited to announce that Barbara has joined the Marblehead office of RE/MAX Advantage. Barbara is a graduate of Ithaca College and has been a full-time realtor since 1994. Barbara specializes in helping buyers and sellers on the North Shore and obtained the Buyers Representative Certificate (BRC), Relocation and Corporate Services (RCS) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) certifications to better serve her clients.

Barbara was born and raised in New Jersey and has been a resident of Swampscott and Marblehead for the past 33 years. She is a board member of Catholic Charities-North and supports many local charities.

Sima Rotenberg has been a successful real estate agent for over 20 years on the North Shore. Previously, Sima was Vice President at Coldwell Banker and Top Producer at Sagan Realtors.
